Monkeypox (MPX)
The general public still has a low risk of Monkeypox (MPX). Supplies of the monkeypox (MPX) JYNNEOS vaccine are limited at this time and are currently prioritized for people with a known exposure, or who are at a higher risk of exposure to MPX.
If you’re unsure whether you’re eligible for a vaccine, please call MCPH at 530-233-8615 and ask to speak with a public health nurse.
